Due to passing of the founder and owner, Mr. Jerry Rawlinson, from a long battle with cancer, the Rawlinsons’ have decided to close the company, including the entire AMEGA Industries facility and liquidate all of the company’s assets. Machinery Network Auctions Inc. will be holding an on-site and on-line auction of their Late Model CNC Facility and will be offering Boring, EDM, Machining and Turning machinery.
The auction will be held on October 11th, 2017 at 10:00 am CDT at the asset location: 29 FRJ Drive, Longview, TX 75602. For buyers’ convenience, there will be an on-site inspection on October 10th, from 9am to 4pm CDT.
