Olin Chlor Alkali and Vinyls in Charleston has been chosen to receive the Governor’s Award of Excellence for Workplace Safety and Health.

“Olin Chlor Alkali and Vinyls has demonstrated strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace,” said Commissioner Burns Phillips, who presented the Governor’s Award of Excellence to the company at the closing session of the Tennessee Safety and Health Conference in Nashville on Aug. 2.
