Harbor Freight Tools moving into Hastings building

BULLHEAD CITY — Another retailer is setting up shop in Bullhead City as Harbor Freight Tools moves into the former Hastings building  at Highway 95 and Ramar Road.

Harbor Freight offers a selection of 7,000 tools and accessories, from hand tools and generators to air and power tools, shop equipment and automotive tools.

“They’re in an expansion mode,” said City Manager Toby Cotter. “They’ve taken a look at our market and  are real optimistic about it.”

Harbor Freight has 750 stores nationwide and according to its website, it’s “opening a new store every three days.” The closest store to Bullhead is in Lake Havasu City.

Talks had been going on for a number of months, Cotter said.
